They prepared a bookmark of priorities, filled out and compared their monthly schedule....
... discussed their choice of preference how to spend their free time ...
... and as always, had snack at the end.
J also brought along two friends to join the group - Lilian & Julia.
Passage of time brought new activities of the season around the house.
Watching the squirrels collecting nuts through binoculars ...
... taking care of the leaves...
... baking.
Julia baked a special pancake for Norbert with Nutella ears and apple sauce hair, two ingredients he loves.
Annie's specialty is still baking cakes, especially Donau Welle.
Lately she also started a sewing project.
When she is finished it is going to be a horse.
There is another project we needed to work on this week. The upper school Daniel would like to go to next year had its Open House day.
He was very impressed, was one of the first candidates to arrive and the last one to leave.

He checked out the Carpenter's workshop and all the practical things, toys and gift items the students prepared. He admired the architectural projects and little model villas and castles built during the current school year.
He took part on Math & Latin trial lessons, and all the experiments offered by Physics and Chemistry. His favourite was the one with oil being brought to boiling and sprayed on with water, producing a giant flame reaching to the ceiling - the lesson: don't use water, use a lid.
Annie and I liked the Area called Silencium most where the students can retire during recess or after school - in the Hall there are magazines, newspapers, computers, mats and pillows for meditation, music for relaxation ....
There are two rules for use of the Area: be quiet and take off your shoes (there are big soft "museum slippers" available which Annie used for "skating" through the room, not exactly what you are supposed to do normally but on the other hand the students who come here are older than 6).
The new applications for 2010 will be processed until next March ... he will find out then ...
