Majestic Mountains of the Austrian Alps ...
... here we come again ...

... to find plenty of sunshine
and
even less snow than last year ...

Thanks to the powerful snowcannons producing the equivalent of 13,000 trucks of snow in the area every day, we had no trouble finding slopes fully covered with fresh snow.

Stephanie took care of the kids' technique...

... and we took care of the rest.

Breakfast before skiing ...

... and lunch before more skiing.

After five days of blue sky the clouds caught up with us...

... hardly had time to notice ... got the chance to fulfill another long time wish ...
... hiking on skies...

... and reaching the top ...

... with the help of these people who gave me that chance.

This chance - to meet up classmates from hometown while on skiing holiday was unexpected but very welcomed.
We shared a great dinner and some skiing the next day with Jenny, Marcel, Simone and Werner.

The Sky Toilette
On the top of the mountain with darkened window from floor to ceiling allowing you to take in a perfect view of the mountain side and valley without being seen from the outside.
We all tested it - and gave it five out of five stars.

Three Little Owls
Made of pinecone and tree bark, sitting patiently and wide-eyed on a high shelf of a skiing hut.
